By accessing or using Arcana ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

Arcana is an AI-powered CV and cover letter generation service. We help you create tailored job application documents based on your profile and specific job postings.

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service
• One person or entity may not maintain multiple free accounts

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Submit false or misleading information in your profile
• Attempt to reverse engineer or extract AI models
• Resell or redistribute generated content commercially
• Use automated systems to access the Service beyond normal use
• Circumvent usage limits or payment requirements

• Free tier: Limited to 3 applications total, with watermarked output
• Pro subscription: Up to 30 applications per day (fair use), billed monthly or annually
• Payments are processed by LemonSqueezy
• You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of your billing period
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase

• You retain ownership of the personal information you provide
• Generated CVs and cover letters are yours to use as you wish
• The Arcana service, including AI models, templates, and software, remains our property
• Free tier outputs include an Arcana watermark; Pro removes this

• Content is generated by AI based on information you provide
• You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all generated content
• We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or suitability for any purpose
• Generated content should be truthful; do not use the Service to fabricate qualifications

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months
• We are not responsible for job application outcomes

• You may delete your account at any time
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
• Upon termination, your data will be deleted per our Privacy Policy

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
